甲基二磺隆与丁草胺混配的联合作用测定

摘要 [目的]以节节麦为靶标,测定甲基二磺隆与丁草胺混配的联合作用类型,初步筛选最佳配比,并通过田间试验验证。[方法]采用室内盆栽法测定各单剂及混配不同配比对节节麦的鲜重防效,采用孙云沛法计算各混配配比的联合毒力作用类型。[结果]甲基二磺隆与丁草胺在试验设计的几个配比下,表现出相加和增效作用。其中甲基二磺隆∶丁草胺为0.8∶50、0.8∶60和0.8∶70时,表现为增效作用。田间试验表明,甲基二磺隆∶丁草胺为0.8∶60,用量912.00 g/hm^2,节节麦株防效达82.05%,鲜重防效达87.20%。[结论]用甲基二磺隆与丁草胺混配防除节节麦,以甲基二磺隆∶丁草胺=0.8∶60为最佳。 [Objective]Synergism of mesosulfuron-methyl and butachlor mixture was evaluated to screen the best formula by taking Aegilops tauschii as the target and verified by field experiment.[Method]Pot experiments were conducted to determine the fresh weight control effect.The determination of the combined effect of mesosulfuron-methyl and butachlor was studied.[Result]All of the mesosulfuron-methyl and butachlor mixture showed either additive or synergistic effect on Aegilops tauschii.Especially,when the mass ratio were 0.8∶50,0.8∶60 and 0.8∶70,the combined effect was synergistic.Field experiments showed when the mass ratio was 1∶10,912.00 g/hm^2,the plant control effect reached 82.05%and the fresh weight control effect reached 87.20%.[Conclusion]When the combination of mesosulfuron-methyl and butachlor is used to control Aegilops tauschii,the best ratio is 0.8:60.
