摘要
建立起一支适应新型职业农民培训需要的既懂专业技能又懂教学培训方法的师资队伍,显得尤为必要和迫切。现场调查和深度访谈发现,丽水一直助力农民培训师成长,也存在一些突出问题。建议采取4个方面措施,为丽水乡村振兴人才培养提供参考依据:制定农训师人才培养方案,打通农训师发展通道;创新教学方法,提高农训师课堂教学能力;规范教学管理,加强过程考核与结果评价;完善农民培训保障体系,为学员持续提供优质服务。
It is necessary and urgent to establish a teaching staff who can understand both professional skills and teaching training methods to meet the needs of the new vocational farmers’training.Field investigation and in-depth interviews found that Lishui has been helping farmers’trainers grow,but there are also some outstanding problems.It is suggested that four measures should be taken to provide a reference basis for the revitalization of talents training in rural areas of Lishui:To formulate the personnel training program for agricultural trainers,to open up the development channels for agricultural trainers;to innovate teaching methods and improve the classroom teaching ability of agricultural trainers;to standardize teaching management,strengthen process assessment and result evaluation;to improve the farmers’training guarantee system and provide high-quality services for students.
