“一带一路”背景下西安内陆开放型经济发展水平综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation on Xi’an Inland Open Economy Development under the Initiative of“One Belt,One Road”

针对西安市内陆开放型经济发展现状,从国内生产总值、利用外资、对外贸易依存度以及国际旅游收入四个方面对包括西安市在内的八个内陆开放型经济高地进行综合对比分析,同时采用2010—2017年的面板数据,运用主成分分析法对八个城市的内陆开放型经济水平进行逐年测度,继而提出促进西安市内陆开放型经济高地建设的对策措施,包括打造国际综合交通枢纽、推进自贸试验区建设、促进产业结构优化升级、提升旅游综合实力以及大力引进开放人才等。

Against the current development status of the inland open economy in Xi’an,the paper attempts to give a comprehensive contrastive analysis on the open economy of eight inland cities including Xi’an through contrasting their GDP,usages of FDI,degree of dependence on foreign trades and incomes earned in international travelling.In the meantime,the paper uses principle component analysis on the panel data from 2010-2017,annually measures the eight inland cities’open economy development level.And it draws a conclusion that,it is necessary to implement policies of improving development of Xi’an as an open-economy center,including establishing an international transportation network hub,strengthening the construction of free trade pilot zone,enhancing the comprehensive capacity of tourism,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and introducing more open talents.
