基于GEMS模型的乡村旅游产业集群竞争力评价与分析--以安徽省黟县为例

Evaluation and Analysis on the Competitiveness of Rural Tourism Industry Cluster Based on GEMS Model in Yi County of Anhui Province

乡村旅游产业集群作为旅游产业和农业交叉渗透形成的一种新型旅游产业形态,具有改变农村传统生产模式,提高农村经济发展效益和拓宽农民收入渠道等作用。在乡村振兴战略背景下,为探究乡村旅游产业集群发展的制约因素,构建基于GEMS模型的乡村旅游产业集群竞争力评价体系,以安徽黟县乡村旅游产业集群竞争力为实证对象,从基础、市场、企业和环境四个方面,对乡村旅游产业集群竞争力进行测度分析,针对黟县乡村旅游产业集群发展存在的经营分散规模小、旅游产品单一、定位同质化和市场竞争力不强等问题,提出优化乡村旅游产业经济结构、完善旅游服务基础设施、加大旅游产品和服务创新力度及走品牌化发展路线等措施,为乡村旅游产业集群进一步发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。

As a new form of tourism industry formed by the cross penetration of tourism industry and agriculture,rural tourism industry cluster has the functions of changing the traditional rural production mode,improving the efficiency of rural economic development and broadening the income channels of farmers.Under the background of the strategy of rural vitalization,in order to explore the restrictive factors of the development of rural tourism industry cluster,this paper establishes the competitiveness evaluation system of rural tourism industry cluster based on GEMS model.Taking the competitiveness of rural tourism industry cluster in Yi County of Anhui Province as the empirical object,this paper measures and analyzes the competitiveness of rural tourism industry cluster from the four aspects of foundation,market,enterprise and environment.There are still some problems in the development of rural tourism industry cluster in Yi County,such as small-scale business decentralization,single tourism products,homogeneous positioning and weak market competitiveness.This paper puts forward some measures such as optimizing the economic structure of rural tourism industry,improving the infrastructure of tourism services,strengthening the innovation of tourism products and services,and taking the brand development route,which can provide some reference for the further development of rural tourism industry cluster.
