摘要 根据压差式静力水准仪的工作原理,提出了基于标准压力源对其进行量值溯源的校准方式,并根据该校准方式研制了专用于压差式静力水准仪的校准装置。相关实验验证的结果和测量不确定度的评定表明:研制的校准装置和设计的校准方式操作流程简捷、量程覆盖广、校准精度高,满足对压差式静力水准仪开展量值溯源的需求。 According to the working principle of differential pressure hydrostatic leveling,this paper proposes a calibration method based on the standard pressure source for traceability of the value.A calibration device for differential pressure hydrostatic leveling is developed according to the calibration method.The experimental verification and evaluation of measurement uncertainty show that the developed calibration device and the designed calibration method have simple operation procedures,extensive range coverage,and high calibration accuracy,which meets the need for traceability of the differential pressure hydrostatic leveling.
