摘要
综合考虑力传感器自身稳定性和抗外部条件特性,结合工作中遇到的诸多问题,对标准测力仪力值复现影响因素进行试验分析和研究,结果表明,采用合理的测量方法和测量程序能够有效减小测量过程中随机误差带来的影响,对提高测量结果的准确度效果显著。
This paper conducted an experimental analysis of the influences on force value reproduction of standard dynamometer,considering the force transducer’s stability and its resistance to external conditions,combined with problems encountered in work. The results show that reasonable measurement methods and procedures can effectively reduce the impact of random errors in the measurement process,which has a significant effect on improving the accuracy of the measurement results.
