摘要
针对地表水水域用高锰酸盐指数水质自动监测仪的计量溯源需求,开展高锰酸盐在线监测仪计量检定/校准方法研究,主要针对仪器性能技术指标、零点漂移、示值误差、重复性和稳定性校准项目进行方法试验研究,并对国内外不同生产厂家的高锰酸盐指数水质自动监测仪进行方法验证,评定测量结果示值误差的不确定度。结果表明,该校准方法可操作性强,可作为评价高锰酸盐指数自动监测仪计量性能的有效方法。
The research on verification and calibration method of the permanganate index water quality automatic monitor for surface waters has been carried out to satisfy the requirement of metrological traceability,considering the effects of the performance indicators,zero drift,indication error,repeatability,and stability. The verification test of the method on the permanganate index automatic water quality monitors from domestic and foreign manufacturers has been studied with the evaluation of the uncertainty of the measurement result indication error. The results show that the calibration method has reliable maneuverability and can be used as an effective method to evaluate the measurement performance of the permanganate index automatic monitor.
