摘要
科学技术的发展导致直线度测量技术的进步,激光技术的应用更是带来了多种新式直线度测量方式的出现。对国内外现有各种测量方法应用及其优缺点进行了分析综述,归纳出了大部分主要的直线度误差测量方法,给出了它们的适用范围和大致测量精度,并对未来直线度测量技术的发展进行了预期。
The development of science and technology has led to the advancement of straightness measurement technology.The application of laser technology has brought about the emergence of a variety of new straightness measurement methods.In this paper,the application of various measurement methods and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and summarized.We reviewed most of the measurement methods for straightness error,proposed the scope of application and overall measurement accuracy,and made prospects on the development of straightness measurement technology.
