手足口病甲损害临床分析

Clinical analysis of nail changes in the patients with hand-foot-mouth disease

摘要 分析门诊收治的480例手足口病的患儿,记录全身和指(趾)皮损分布情况,所有患儿随诊半年。480例患儿中共有58例(12.1%)出现了甲损害,共累及445个指(趾),其中手指261个,足趾184个。445个指(趾)甲损害表现为甲脱落397个(89.2%),米斯线25个(5.6%),甲横沟23个(5.2%)。 The nail changes in 480 children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)was analyzed in our hospital.All children were followed up for half a year and the lesions and damaged nails were recorded.Of 480 HFMD patients,58 patients had 445 damaged nails,including 261 fingernails and 184 toenails.445 damaged nails included 397 onychomadesis,25 Mee’s lines and 23 Beau’s lines.
