一种新型装配式梁柱节点的抗震性能研究

摘要 对一种完全由螺栓干式连接的新型装配式梁柱节点的抗震性能进行了研究。该节点形式避免了传统湿作业的缺陷,提高了安装速度。对八螺栓新型节点形式进行了低周往复荷载作用下的力学性能试验,并通过理论计算发现减少螺栓数量至六螺栓后,该新型节点形式亦符合设计要求。利用有限元方法对比了减少螺栓数量后模型在低周往复荷载作用下的滞回曲线、骨架曲线和耗能系数等特征值。模拟结果表明减少螺栓数量后的新型节点形式也可以满足结构在抗震性能方面的需求,相比于传统现浇结构在性能上仍有较大提升,具有良好的应用前景。 In this paper,the seismic behavior of a new type of assembled beam-column joints connected completely by bolted dry connection has been studied.This new method avoids the defects of traditional wet method and enhance the installation speed.The mechanical property of the new eight-bolt join under low cyclic loading has been tested.According to theoretical calculation,even the number of bolts reduces to six,it still meets the design requirements.The hysteric curve,skeleton curve and energy dissipation coefficient of the model under low cyclic reciprocating load have been calculated through finite element method and comparing the result.The result of simulation shows that after reducing number of bolts,such new type of joints still meets the seismic performance requirement of structure.Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ structure,the new type of joints has better performance and good application prospects.
