本溪新井地下流体数字化监测设备避雷方法的探讨

摘要 由于本溪新井地下流体数字化观测刚投入运行时经常遭受雷害侵袭,对其遭受雷害侵袭过程和原因进行了系统分析,并在新井房建设时针对性地采取了一系列防范措施,启用后效果显著。防范措施主要包括:建设独立完善的避雷系统,地网接地电阻值≤1Ω,楼顶设避雷带;井房与主楼仪器室间采用光缆通讯;数采机柜尽量与井口接近,减少雷电来袭时的电位差;还有最关键的,就是仪器探头屏蔽线要与地网做等电位联结。 Digital equipment of underground fluids in Benxi Well,were often damaged by lightning when they were first put into operation.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of its process and causes.A series of preventive measures were taken during the construction of the new wellhouse,and good results have been achieved.The main approaches include:building an independent and perfect lightning protection system,the value of grounding resistance≤1Ω;making a lightning strip on top of the house;optical cable communication is adopted between the well house and the instrument room of the main building.The equipment cabinet is as close as possible to the wellhead to reduce potential difference while lightning strikes.And the most important is to do equipotential connection of the shield wire of the probes cable with the groundnet.
