控氧控湿对麦仙翁种子老化过程中种子活力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Oxygen and Moisture Control on Seed Viability during Seed Artificial Ageing of Agrostemma githago

摘要 以麦仙翁种子为材料,研究人工老化过程中不同环境因素对种子活力的影响,目的是在种子保存过程中延缓种子老化现象的发生。通过对不同保存环境下不同老化时间的种子发芽率、平均萌发时间、萌发种子正常率、幼苗根长和茎长等种子和幼苗活力特征进行对比分析。结果表明:无氧环境能够显著提高老化种子活力,老化4 d的种子发芽率(61.7%),萌发种子正常率(81%),幼苗根长(2.1 cm)和茎长(2.0 cm)均明显高于对照环境;控湿环境(60%RH)在种子活力方面与无氧环境类似,但是幼苗活力方面与对照环境类似,远低于无氧环境;无氧控湿环境在老化种子活力方面表现出一定的叠加效应,可提高老化种子活力,但是对幼苗活力影响效果不及无氧环境。综上所述,无氧环境可以有效减缓种子老化的发生,本研究对于植物种子保存环境研究具有理论指导意义。 The effects of different environmental factors on Agrostemma githago seed viability loss during artificial ageing were studied.The purpose of this study was to mitigate(or retard)seed ageing during seed preservation.Seed germination rate,mean time of germination,normal seedling rate,seedlings root and shoot length in different preservation conditions and different durations were measured.The results showed that oxygen-free environment significantly improved ageing seed viability.Germination rate(61.7%),normal seedling rate(81%),root length(2.1 cm)and shoot length(2.0 cm)of seeds that aged for 4 days were significantly higher than control.Relative humidity environment(60%RH)ageing seed viability was similar to oxygen-free environment,but seedling viability was similar to control,less than the oxygen-free environment.Oxygen-free with 60%relative humidity environment ageing seed viability had some additive effect,but the effect on seedling viability was less effective than oxygen-free environment.In conclusion,oxygen-free environment can effectively reduce the rate of seed ageing.This study has theoretical guiding significance for plant seed conservation environment research.
