河南对口援疆工作的创新实践与启示

Innovative Practice and Enlightenment of Henan’s Counterpart Assistance to Xinjiang

推进对口援疆工作是党中央做出的重大战略部署,是确保新疆社会稳定和长治久安的关键举措,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的关键所在。河南对口援疆以来,按照党中央统一部署,突出民生为本、人才援疆、文化援疆、产业援疆、旅游援疆等,取得了一些积极成效,也为其他地方对口援疆积累了一些经验。各地在今后对口援疆过程中,要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,强化领导组织保障,坚持科学规划先行,注重输血造血并举,推进援助模式创新,突出民生优先保障,维护社会大局稳定,为筑牢新疆的久安之势和长治之业奠定坚实基础。

To promote counterpart assistance to Xinjiang is the important and strategic deployment of CPC,and the key measure to sustain the social stability and long-term peace in Xinjiang,which will contribute a lot to the realization of Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation.Since starting the work of counterpart assistance to Xinjiang,Henan province follows the unified deployment of CPC,emphasizes the livelihood of people,assists Xinjiang with the resources in talents,culture,industry,and tourism etc.,and after having achieved some positive result,accumulates some experience for other areas in their counterpart assistance to Xinjiang.In the process of counterpart assistance to Xinjiang,all the areas should follow the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,strengthen the guarantee of leadership organization,insist on the priority of scientific planning,and emphasize the blood transfusion and hematopoiesis simultaneously.We should also promote the innovation of assistance model,emphasize the guarantee of livelihood priority,maintain overall social stability,and lay a solid foundation for the long-term peace and stable economy in Xinjiang.
