Now Chinese society has entered into the new era,and the subject,status and education object of the work with students have all changed to certain extent.We should base ourself on the current situation,enrich and develop the education carrier,make good use of the big data technology,and improve the professional capability of the staff working with students so as to cultivate the youth of the times with ideals,capability,and sense of responsibility,and meet the definite requirement raised by our party and government to the work with college students.
