摘要
为让佛甲草在华南地区达到四季常青的目的,通过改变种植方式,研究间隔种植法对佛甲草越冬表现的影响。结果表明,种植间隔在10 cm×10 cm时,佛甲草表现矮小粗壮,叶片变厚、变大,自身抗寒能力增强;在逆境胁迫时,叶绿素含量减少,电导率、MDA、SOD、POD、CAT、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量均有所增加。各项生理指标综合分析表明,间隔种植法种植的佛甲草比密植的抗寒能力强,最适宜的间隔间距为10 cm×10 cm。
In order to make Sedum lineare evergreen in the southern China,the planting pattern was changed to block spacing pattern to analyze its effect on the wintering performance of S.lineare.The results showed that S.lineare planted at the planting interval of 10 cm×10 cm was short and stout with its leaves thicker and larger,and had a high cold tolerance.Under cold stress,S.lineare was low in chlorophyll and higher in conductivity,MDA,SOD,POD,CAT,Pro,soluble protein and soluble sugar.Comprehensive analysis of these physiological indexes showed that the block spacing planting pattern had better cold resistance than the dense planting pattern.The most suitable planting interval was 10 cm×10 cm.
