中华文化的源头在乡村,乡村振兴是我国社会经济、文化发展的基础。人才是乡村振兴发展的核心,同时也是乡风文明建设的主要保障,文化是一种能够凝聚人心的关键,能够为乡村振兴发展奠定坚实的基础。在乡村振兴中,不仅要注重硬件环境的建设,还要进一步提升乡村文化水平。注重对传统乡土文化的传承和发扬,能够为农村的振兴发展提供活力,激发乡村的精神文化。乡贤文化的培养是乡村文化建设中的关键所在,也是确保农村文化全面发展的基础,是加强农村发展的源动力。通过乡贤文化所具有的道德感召能力来吸引且凝聚社会人才,使其能够参与到家乡建设发展中,从而加强乡村发展水平。对乡贤文化概念进行了相应的界定和分析,并且总结了乡贤文化特点,探讨乡贤文化对农村振兴发展的影响,明确乡贤文化的必要性。阐述了培育乡贤文化应坚持的原则,提出乡村振兴视域下乡贤文化培育的路径。

The rural areas are the source of Chinese culture,and rural revitalization is fundamental to social,economic and cultural development in China.Talents are the core of rural revitalization,and they are the main guarantee for the construction of rural civilization as well.In addition,culture is the key to gathering of public support,which lays a solid foundation for rural revitalization.In the process of rural revitalization,not only the construction of hardware environment should be paid attention to,but also the level of rural culture be further improved.The inheritance and development of traditional local culture should be emphasized,which can provide vitality for the revitalization of the rural areas and stimulate the spiritual culture in the rural areas.The cultivation of rural gentry culture is the key to the construction of rural culture,the basis to ensure the overall development of rural culture and the source power to strengthen rural development.Social talents can be attracted and recruited through the moral appeal ability of the rural gentry culture to participate in the construction and development of their hometown so as to strengthen the level of rural development in the rural areas.The concept of the rural gentry culture was analyzed and defined,and the characteristics of the rural gentry culture were summarized.The influence of the rural gentry culture on the rural revitalization was discussed,and the necessities for the rural gentry culture were clarified.The principles for the cultivation of the rural gentry culture were elucidated and the paths for cultivation of the rural gentry culture from the perspective of rural revitalization were put forward.
