摘要
欧阳予倩未上过专业戏剧院校,却是罕见的戏剧电影通才,他的不少同仁也是自学成为领军的通才;但他们办的专业院校多是培养专才,分科严格,最严的壁垒在话剧与戏曲之间。欧阳予倩曾计划过通才教育,特别是把戏曲训练方法融入话剧课程,可惜未能实现。近年的"二度西潮"是大学西方导表演,但无视西方的语境与问题,忽视我国戏曲的精华,也没教出通才。建议重温欧阳予倩的理念,设法培养一些通才艺术家、教育家,来继续欧阳先生未竟的事业。
Self-taught Ouyang Yuqian was a rare multi-talented leader in theatre and film,so were several peers of his.Yet the theatre schools they founded have taught mostly specialists in narrow work divisions,in which spoken drama and Chinese opera are strictly separate.Ouyang made plans to educate multi-talented artists,especially integrating the trainings of Chinese opera and drama.But they were not fully implemented.In recent years the vogue is importing western training methods regardless of their contexts and problems,while the treasures of Chinese opera are largely ignored.We shall revisit Ouyang’s unfulfilled dream and educate some multi-talented artist/educators to continue his work.
