俄罗斯总统普京执政20年来,始终重视制定国家文化战略,认为文化是俄罗斯最有竞争力的强项之一。他十分重视戏剧事业的发展,多次亲自深入基层调研,和戏剧家座谈,听取他们的意见和建议,体现了谦虚、平等和务实的作风。在他的有力支持和亲自策划下,首届俄罗斯"戏剧年"活动在2019年实施,有包括中国在内的二十多个国家的剧团参与。举办了"戏剧奥林匹克""金面具"等多种戏剧节和专题论坛,有少年儿童与业余戏剧爱好者参与的活动在全国范围开展,国家骨干剧院在全俄进行"大巡演",使2019"戏剧年"大获成功,成为俄罗斯戏剧复兴的里程碑。

As Russian president,Putin has attached great importance to the development of Russia s national cultural strategy over the past twenty years.Holding that culture is one of Russia s most competitive products,he devotes much attention to the growth and development of theatre.He goes to the grass roots to conduct investigations,talking with dramatists and listening to their views and suggestions,which reflects his modesty,humility and practicality.With his strong support and elaborate scheming,the first Theatre Year of Russia was held successfully in2019,attracting theatre groups from more than twenty countries including China to participate in the activities.Activities include theatre festivals such as "Theatre Olympic", "Golden Mask",and special forums,nationwide activities performed by children and amateurs in theatre,extensive performing tours in Russia by national key theatres.The Theatre Year of Russia 2019 has achieved great success and has become a milestone in Russia s theatre revival.
