制浆造纸废水处理中IC反应器酸化与污泥钙化问题的分析及对策 被引量:8

Analysis and Countermeasures of Acidification and Sludge Calcification of IC Reactor in the Treatment of Pulp and Paper Wastewater

摘要 IC反应器具有负荷高、能耗低、占地少等优点而在制浆造纸企业废水处理中发挥着核心作用。对某大型制浆造纸企业废水处理站的IC反应器进行了长期的跟踪研究,总结并剖析了IC反应器处理制浆造纸废水中出现的酸化和污泥钙化问题及其对策。通过在生产中对进水进行调节,并将反应器布水器改造成倒锥式布水器,解决了IC反应器的酸化和污泥钙化问题,实现了IC反应器运行负荷达到14.8 kgCOD·m^-3·d^-1,COD去除效率达到72%,且连续3年无故障稳定运行。 IC reactor plays a core role in wastewater treatment of pulp and paper enterprises because of its advantages such as high load,low energy consumption,and small footprint.This paper has conducted a long-term follow-up study on the IC reactor of a large-scale pulp and paper enterprise wastewater treatment station,and summarized and analyzed in detail the problems and countermeasures of the acidification and sludge calcification in the pulp and paper wastewater treatment by the IC reactor.By adjusting the incoming water in production and transforming the reactor water distributor into an inverted cone water distributor,the acidification of the IC reactor and the calcification of sludge were solved,and the operating load of the IC reactor reached 14.8 kgCOD·m^-3·d^-1,COD removal efficiency reached 72%,and stable operation without failure for 3 consecutive years.
