摘要
突如其来的新冠疫情给老年人的健康安全带来了巨大威胁,老年人成为新冠疫情中的高危人群。人口老龄化进程中的中国是世界上老年人口最多且增长速度最快的国家之一。老年教育有助于老年群体构筑抗击疫情的“防护墙”,也是引导老年群体更好社会化的助推器。本文采用文献研究法和案例分析法,结合疫情现状、老龄化现状和老年人在疫情防控中的特殊地位,分析国际公共卫生事件中教育举措对老年教育的启示,基于北京市疫情防控过程中社区教育,尤其是社区老年教育的实践,分析了老年教育在引导认知、充实生活等方面的作用,从课程、队伍、平台三方面提出了利用“互联网+”开展老年教育的应对举措。
The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 at the end of 2019 poses a great threat to the health and safety of the elderly,with them having become the high-risk group in the COVID-19.China has the largest olderly population,with the fastest growing rate in the world.The third-age education is a protective clothing for large groups of the elderly to fight COVID-19.It is also a catalyst to guide the correct socialization of the elderly groups.Based on literature research and case analysis,especially community education in the process of COVID-19 prevention and control in Beijing,this paper analyzes the role of the third-age education in guiding cognition and enriching life,and puts forward the countermeasures of using the“Internet plus”to carry out the third-age education from three aspects:curriculum,team and platform,and elaborates the importance,difficulties and suggestions of developing the third-age education.
