摘要
某X波段环行限幅组件具有体积小、集成度高、耐高功率等特点。文中介绍了该X波段环行限幅组件的设计与实现方法。首先,根据技术指标要求,在分析环行器、合成器、限幅器等部件结构特性基础上,运用集成化设计方法,将多个部件集成在组件内;然后,综合分析组件耐功率、材料选型、工艺性等方面的设计方法和设计思路;最后,研制出实物样机,得到电性能实测结果,并验证了设计的合理性。它的成功研制可供此类微波器件的设计借鉴。
An X-band circulator and limiter module is characterized by compact structure, high integration,high power capacitance and so on. Design and implement of this module is introduced in this paper. First,according to the technological requirement, the circulator, synthesizer and limiter are integrated into an integrated high-power module by integration design method based on analysis of their structure characteristics.Then, the design philosophy and method for power capacity, material selection and manufacturability of the module are analyzed. At last, the results of electrical performance test are obtained on the basis of the prototype, which verify the rationality of the design. Its successful development can provide a theoretical basis for design of similar microwave devices.
