摘要
文中以含悬臂波导的某数传天线为研究对象,在对外安装面固定的情况下,分别针对悬臂波导不固定、固定这两种工况进行了模态分析,并在相同的振动条件下,对该天线进行了有限元分析,分别获得了天线的应力云图和应力响应值。结果发现,数传天线在这两种工况下的模态响应与所受应力均有较大的差距,并通过了实验验证。这给后续选择最优结构提供了理论和试验依据。
In this paper the data transfer antenna with cantilever waveguide is taken as the research object.First, the modal analysis is carried out respectively for the fixed cantilever waveguide and the cantilever waveguide not fixed while the external installation surface is fixed. Secondly, under the same sinusoidal vibration condition, the antenna is analyzed by finite element method and the stress cloud diagram and stress response value of the antenna are obtained. It is found and verified that the modal response and the stress of the data transfer antenna are much different in two different processing modes, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent selection of the optimal structure.
