Percheron动脉梗死1例

摘要 1病例介绍李某,女,57岁,于2017年08月因“精神行为异常6+小时”急诊入院。本次入院主因突发精神行为异常,表现为不认识麻将,算不清钱,胡言乱语,所说的话和事实及所处的情景不相符,言语较平时欠清晰;自诉头昏胀、全身乏力等不适。否认病前受凉感冒史。既往史:4+年前患糖尿病,以皮下注射甘精胰岛素及口服二甲双胍控制血糖,家属诉血糖控制尚可。
