智能城市是当前涌现出的计算机与城市的高度融合以及人们使用算法来管理、控制与设计的一种城市设想,其根本是由人工智能为核心的现代技术推动来实现的。然而,当代资本主义城市所带有的总体智能化留下的一系列令人不安的问题也日益显著地表现出来。本文通过审视智能时代城市空间生产状况,指出城市空间的生产特征、权力机制,并倡导技术哲学家斯蒂格勒提出的"负熵经济",从而实现一种去自动化的"新城市智能"。

The intelligent city is a kind of urban vision with computers and cities highly integrated where people use algorithms to manage,control and design everything.It is basically driven by modern technology with artificial intelligence as the core.However,a series of disturbing problems are increasingly manifested by the overall intelligence of contemporary capitalist cities.This article examines the urban space production in the intelligent era to point out the production characteristics and power mechanism of urban space,and advocates the"negative entropy economy"proposed by technological philosopher Stigler,so as to realize"a new urban intelligence"of de-automation.
