摘要
2017年7月,吉林省全部县区通过了国家义务教育均衡发展督导评估认定,城乡之间、区域之间的差距逐步缩小。但是,一些边远地区的教育教学质量与发达地区相比还有一定差距,与百姓对优质教育的需求尚有距离。为进一步推进区域义务教育均衡发展向更高水平、更高质量迈进,2017年,教育部颁布了《县域义务教育优质均衡发展督导评估办法》。本研究主要从吉林省义务教育优质均衡发展的现状、制约义务教育优质均衡发展的问题及原因着手,为推进区域义务教育优质均衡发展的行政决策提供理论和现实依据,以期扎实推进吉林省县域义务教育优质均衡发展。
In July 2017,all counties and districts in Jilin Province passed the national supervision and evaluation of the balanced development of compulsory education,and the gap between urban and rural areas and between regions was gradually narrowed.However,there is still a gap between the quality of education and teaching in some remote areas and that in developed areas,and there is still a gap between the quality of education and the people's demand for it.In order to further promote the balanced development of regional compulsory education to a higher level and higher quality,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Measures for the Supervision and Evaluation of the Balanced Development of Quality Compulsory Education in Counties in 2017.This study mainly starts from the current situation of the balanced development of high quality compulsory education in Jilin Province,the problems and reasons that restrict the balanced development of high quality compulsory education in Jilin Province,and provides theoretical and practical basis for the administrative decision of promoting the balanced development of high quality compulsory education in regional areas,so as to promote the balanced development of high quality compulsory education in counties of Jilin Province.
