摘要
以对工匠精神培养因素效用的调研分析为基础,依据环境氛围、心理认知、教学活动和产教融合等4个变量构建工匠精神培育效用的结构关系模型,运用探索性因子及验证因子分析,探讨工匠精神培养过程中各因素效用的大小及模型路径的合理性。研究表明,“环境氛围”是工匠精神培育中重要的外部因素,“心理认知”是内部动力因素,二者对工匠精神的培育产生较为显著的正效用;在内外部因素的共同作用下,“教学活动”“产教融合”对工匠精神培育产生显著正效用。由此,提出工匠精神培养的改善策略。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the utility of the cultivating factors of craftsman spirit,this paper constructs a structural relationship model of the utility of the cultivating factors of craftsman spirit from four variables:environment,psychological cognition,teaching activities and integration of production and education,and explores the factors in the cultivating process of craftsman spirit by exploratory factors and confirmatory factor analysis.Utility size and rationality of model path.Through the research,we can see that the environment atmosphere is an important external factor in the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and psychological cognition is an internal dynamic factor.Both of them have a significant positive effect on the cultivation of craftsman spirit.Under the internal and external effects,the factors of teaching activities and integration of production and education have a significant positive effect on the cultivation of craftsman spirit.By analyzing the effect of influencing factors,constructive strategies are put forward for the cultivation of“craftsman spirit”.
