摘要 乡村教师是一种文化的存在,作为一种文化符号具有丰富的象征意义。在乡村教育活动中,乡村教师兼具多种文化身份,这也决定了他们带有特定的文化使命。随着教育现代化进程的深入,乡村教师逐步沦为了乡土社会的陌路人,其文化使命隐匿在狂飙的专业化进程之中。理清乡村教师的文化身份,可知他们的文化使命在于:开启乡村儿童知识视界,推动乡村社会良性发展,促成乡土文化再生产。促成乡村教师文化使命的复归,政府要推行“乡土”指向的教师教育政策;学校要回归真实的教学实践活动;教师要主动参与乡土文化再生产活动。 Rural teachers are the existence of a kind of culture,which has rich symbolic significance as a cultural symbol.In rural education activities,rural teachers have multiple cultural identities,which also determines their specific cultural mission.With the deepening of the modernization of education,rural teachers have gradually become strangers to the local society,and their cultural mission is hidden in the rapid professionalization process.To clarify the cultural identity of rural teachers,we can see that their cultural mission is to open the knowledge horizon of rural children,promote the healthy development of rural society,and promote the reproduction of local culture.In order to promote the return of rural teachers'cultural mission,the government should implement the"local"oriented teacher education policy,schools should return to the real teaching practice,and teachers should actively participate in the local cultural reproduction activities.
