摘要
幼儿教师职业吸引力影响着学前师资队伍的结构和稳定性,关系学前儿童的健康成长和幼儿教师的职业幸福感,与学前教育事业的长持续稳定展密切相关。本文依据欧盟对教师吸引力核心内涵的界定,探讨了幼儿教师职业吸引力的现状及其原因,并针对性地提出了以下提升策略:优化幼儿教师职业平台,保障幼儿教师生存发展;强化从业者的专业认同,完善职前教育、入职教育和在职教育;提高幼儿教师社会地位,重视学前师资队伍建设。
The professional attraction of preschool teachers affects the structure and stability of preschool teachers,affects the healthy growth of preschool children and the professional happiness of preschool teachers,and it’s closely related to the long-term development of preschool education.Based on the European Union's definition of the core connotation of teacher’s attraction,the article discusses the current situation and reasons for the professional attraction of preschool teachers,and proposes the following countermeasures:optimizing the professional platform for preschool teachers to ensure the survival and development of preschool teachers;strengthening the professional identity of practitioners,developing pre-vocational education,induction education and On-the-job education;promoting the social status of preschool teachers,and attaching importance to the construction of preschool teachers.
