区域推进中小学劳动课程开发路径探析——基于长三角地区的实践

摘要 长三角地区教育一体化协同发展为区域教育带来了优质的教育资源和完善的机制体制,为区域率先实现现代化提供了保障。在新时代不断推进劳动教育的过程中,长三角地区三省一市都有着各具特色的劳动教育模式和课程资源,但大部分学校在劳动课程开发中仍面临着课程开发制度不够健全、开发过程缺乏规范性、区域间发展不平衡等问题。通过对长三角区域内中小学校劳动课程开发现状进行深入探究,提出长三角一体化背景下中小学劳动课程的开发路径:一是成立区域课程研究联盟,完善中小学劳动课程开发机制;二是加强教师课程研训能力,保障中小学劳动课程科学开发;三是打造课程资源共建平台,促进中小学劳动课程资源共享。 The integrated and coordinated development of education in the Yangtze River Delta region has brought high-quality educational resources and perfect mechanism and system for regional education,and provided guarantee for the region to take the lead in realizing modernization.In the process of continuously promoting labor education in the new era,the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region have their own distinctive labor education modes and curriculum resources,but most schools are still facing problems in the development of labor curriculum,such as imperfect curriculum development system,lack of standardization in the development process,and unbalanced development among regions.Based on an in-depth study of the current situation of the development of labor curriculum in middle and primary schools in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper proposes the development path of the labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools under the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta:First,establish regional curriculum research alliance to improve the development mechanism of labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools;Second,strengthen teachers'training ability to ensure the scientific development of labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools;Third,to build a platform for the construction of curriculum resources and promote the sharing of labor curriculum resources in primary and secondary schools.
