新形势下地方本科高校应用型人才培养的改革与实践——以远洋渔业人才培养为例

Reform and Practice on Training Mode of Applied Talents in Local University under the New Situation——Taking the Distant-water Fisheries as an Example

地方本科高校要主动适应地方经济发展和产业转型升级的新需求,为用人单位提供专业人才保障。本文基于产教融合背景,指出远洋渔业应用型人才培养的迫切性,分析远洋渔业应用型人才培养的现状及需要解决的主要问题背景,并从培养目标、课程体系、培养模式、师资队伍、实践教学平台、培养工作机制等6个方面提出改革举措。

Local universities should take the initiative to adapt to the new needs of local economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading,and provide professional personnel for employers.In this paper,based on the integration production and education,and points out that the fishing,the urgency of applied talents training is analyzed the status quo of pelagic fishery applied talents and need to solve the main problems,and from training target,course system,training mode,teaching staff,the practice teaching platform,training mechanism in six aspects,such as reform measures are put forward.
