吲哚菁绿血管造影在皮瓣外科中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 吲哚菁绿血管造影(ICGA)是目前唯一用于术中定量评估灌注的技术,可降低术后皮瓣坏死率,广泛应用于皮瓣外科的临床、科研和教学。其具有无创、无肾毒性、无辐射、既可定性又可定量等优势,有一定的安全性和有效性。该综述介绍了ICGA的应用方法及应用现状、总结了目前报道的应用指标,并分析了在结果准确度和缺少应用指南等方面的局限性。总体来说,ICGA在皮瓣外科具有很好的应用前景。 Indocyanine green angiography(ICGA)is currently the only technique that can quantitatively evaluate the intraoperative perfusion,which can reduce the rate of postoperative flap necrosis.It has been widely used in the flap surgery in clinical practice,scientific research and teaching area.Being quite safety and effectiveness,it has the advantages of non-invasive,no renal toxicity and no radiation with the result which can be both qualitative and quantitative.This review also introduced the application method and application status of ICGA,summarized all application indicators reported so far,and analyzed the limitations such as the accuracy of the result and the lack of application guidelines.In general,ICGA has a great application prospect in flap surgery.
