摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种新的传染病,该病传染性强,正确选择有效的消毒剂至关重要。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对冠状病毒的环境抗性及其对常用消毒剂的敏感性进行分析,总结得出冠状病毒在环境中具有较强的生存能力,但大部分消毒剂可将其有效灭活。但需注意,含氯消毒剂常用浓度(有效氯浓度500 mg/L)不能快速杀灭冠状病毒,需使用1000 mg/L或更高浓度。氯己定、苯扎氯铵对冠状病毒效果差。本文以期为选择合适的消毒剂及消毒方法,切断冠状病毒的传播提供参考。 The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a new infectious disease with highly contagious.The correct selection of effective disinfectants is essential.This article analyzed the environmental resistance of coronavirus and its sensitivity to commonly used disinfectants by reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,and concluded that coronavirus has strong survivability in the environment,but it can be efficiently inactivated by most disinfectants.However,it should be noted that the commonly used concentration of chlorine-containing disinfectants(with 500 mg/L effective chlorine concentration)cannot quickly kill coronavirus,and a concentration of 1000 mg/L or higher is required.Other biocidal agents,such as benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine digluconate,are less effective.This article aimed to provide references for selecting the appropriate disinfectants and disinfection methods to cut off the spread of the corona virus.
