摘要
目的探讨表观扩散系数值(ADC)在脑转移瘤与脑白质疏松(LA)鉴别诊断中的价值。方法收集行常规MRI及弥散加权成像(DWI)检查的50例脑转移瘤与30例脑白质疏松患者,将瘤周10 mm范围内水肿带及未融合的LA病灶作为感兴趣区(ROI)测量ADC值。结果脑白质疏松ADC值(1.29×10^-3±0.16×10^-3)mm^2/s。脑转移瘤近瘤周水肿带的ADC值为(1.52×10^-3±0.28×10^-3)mm^2/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测量脑转移瘤近瘤周水肿区与脑白质疏松ADC值对二者鉴别诊断具有一定的价值。
Objective To discuss the value of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in the differential diagnosis of cerebral metastatic tumor and leukoaraiosi(LA).Methods 50 cases of brain metastases and 30 cases of leukoaraiosi were collected for routine MRI and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)examination,and ADC values were measured as region of interest(ROI)within 10mm of the peritumoral area.Results the ADC value of leukoaraiosi was(1.29×10^-3±0.16×10^-3)mm^2/s.The ADC value of the peritumoral edema zone of brain metastatic tumor was(1.52×10^-3±0.28×10^-3)mm^2/s,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion ADC values of cerebral metastatic tumor near peritumor edema and leukoaraiosi are valuable for differential diagnosis.
