超声联合电刺激引导下闭孔神经前支阻滞对髋内收肌痉挛短期疗效的回顾性研究 被引量:1

摘要 髋内收肌痉挛是脊髓损伤、脑瘫、脑外伤、脑血管病等疾病的常见并发症。痉挛发生后常常出现疼痛、肢体挛缩和内收畸形等问题,影响大小便清洁,妨碍患者睡眠并降低独立程度[1]。对于可以行走的患者,髋关节过度内收造成双足支撑面窄,影响步行稳定性,增加跌倒风险[1]。因此,需要积极治疗髋内收肌痉挛。
