新冠肺炎疫情下大学生就业压力与心理健康的关系探究——以温州六所高校为例

Research on the Relationship between Employment Stress and Mental Health of College Students under the COVID-19 Epidemic:A Case Study of Six Universities in Wenzhou

为揭示疫情期间温州高校大学生的就业压力及心理健康状况,本研究采用大学生就业压力量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对温州六所高校491名大学生进行就业压力和心理健康状况的网络问卷调查。疫情期间大学生就业压力7个因子的得分均显著大于全国常模(P<0.05),其中环境挑战压力得分最高;疫情期间大学生在SCL-90强迫、抑郁、焦虑及恐怖等4个因子得分均显著大于全国常模(P<0.05);疫情期间大学生就业压力7因子和心理健康得分均存在正向显著影响关系(P<0.05),环境挑战压力对大学生心理健康状况有显著正向影响(P<0.01)。疫情期间,就业压力会对大学生心理健康造成负面影响,并且环境挑战压力因子是制约大学生心理健康状况的一大因素。各部门应通力合作,拓宽就业渠道,为大学生创造良好的就业环境。高校应加强大学生的就业指导和就业咨询,密切关注大学生的心理动态,做好心理疏导工作,降低其求职心理压力。

In order to reveal the employment stress and mental health of university students in Wenzhou under the COVID-19 epidemic.Using the College Student Employment Stress Scale and Symptom Self-Assessment Scale(scl-90),an online questionnaire survey was conducted on 491 college students in six universities in Wenzhou.During the epidemic,the scores of 7 factors of college students'employment stress were significantly greater than the national norm(p<0.05),of which the environmental challenge stress score was the highest;during the epidemic,college students scored significant scores in 4 factors including scl-90 obsession,depression,anxiety,and terror Greater than the national norm(p<0.05);during the epidemic,college students'employment stress scores and mental health scores had a significant positive correlation(p<0.05),and environmental challenge stress factors were a major factor restricting mental health.During the epidemic,employment stress will have a negative impact on the mental health of college students,and environmental challenge pressure is the main factor affecting the mental health of college students.All departments should work together to expand employment channels and create a good employment environment for college students.Colleges and universities should strengthen the Career guidance and employment counseling,pay close attention to their psychological dynamics,do a good job of psychological counseling,and reduce their psychological pressure to apply for a job,in order to win the COVID-19 Resistance War.
