基于黑天鹅事件背景下的企业危机管理能力提升

人类社会生活和企业活动充满不确定性,危机总是不期而遇。黑天鹅事件是颠覆常规认知、超越风险常态的危机时刻,关乎企业的兴衰存亡。具有稀有性、极大的破坏性和低可预测性的黑天鹅事件是对现代企业治理体系和治理能力的重大考验。研究提升企业应对黑天鹅事件的应急管理能力具有重大现实意义。从认知黑天鹅事件入手,结合航空、旅游、交通、影视、公共卫生等行业的典型案例,分析对企业经营的严重影响,探讨建立健全企业危机应对机制。建议科学甄别信息源,强化风险预测能力,提高风险防范意识,制定有效可行的危机应对预案,建立系统冗余机制,降低企业经营风险,适时调整经营策略,实施战略转型,为促进环境危机下企业健康有序发展提供理论参考。

Human social life and enterprise activities are full of uncertainty,and crisis always happens unexpectedly.The black swan incident is a crisis moment that subverts conventional cognition and transcends risk normality,which is related to the rise and fall of enterprises.The black swan event with rarity,great destructiveness and low predictability is a major test to the modern corporate governance system and governance ability.It is of great practical significance to study and improve the emergency management ability of enterprises to deal with the black swan incident.Starting from the recognition of the black swan event,combined with the typical cases of aviation,tourism,transportation,film and television,public health and other industries,this paper analyzes the serious impact on enterprise management,and discusses the establishment and improvement of enterprise crisis response mechanism.It is suggested that scientific screening of information sources,strengthening the ability of risk prediction,improving the awareness of risk prevention,formulating an effective and feasible crisis response plan,establishing a system redundancy mechanism,reducing business risks,timely adjusting business strategies and implementing strategic transformation,so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting the healthy and orderly development of enterprises under environmental crisis.
