适应电网运行模式的电力通信管理系统演进分析 被引量:9

摘要 电力通信网承载着电网控制业务,是大电网安全稳定运行的基础保障;电力通信管理系统则以满足电网安全稳定运行为基础实现电力通信的管理信息化、运维智能化。文章分别介绍了电力通信管理系统(TMS)和智能电网调度技术支持系统D5000的基本功能、业务架构、系统结构和技术实现方案,从TMS应用现状出发,比较并分析了两者在功能、数据采集、架构和体系方面的差异。以适应电网运行模式为方向,提出电力通信管理系统平台化、业务模块化、功能精准化的演进建议。 Power communication network carries power grid control business,which is the basic guarantee for the safe and stable operation of large power grid.Power telecom management system(TMS)is based on the safe and stable operation of the power grid to realize the management informatization and intelligent operation and maintenance of power communication.This paper introduces the basic functions,business architecture,system structure and technical implementation scheme of TMS and smart grid dispatching technical support system D5000.The differences in function,data acquisition,architecture and system between the two systems are compared and analyzed.In order to adapt to the operation mode of power grid,this paper puts forward the evolution suggestions of power communication management system platform,business modularization and function precision.
