摘要
介绍氩气中氢、氧、氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、乙炔混合气体标准物质制备过程。用气相色谱法对各组分气体进行纯度分析,方差分析法和线性拟合结果表明,该气体标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。对整个研制过程引入的不确定度分量展开评估,数据表明研制的氩气中氢气、氧气、氮气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、乙炔混合气体标准物质特征量值准确可靠,9种组分气体量值的扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。
It was introduced about the process of preparing reference materials for the mixture gas of hydrogen,oxygen,nitrogen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,methane,ethane,ethylene and acetylene in argon,the purity of the component gases was analyzed by gas chromatography.The analysis of variance and linear regression study revealed that the reference material was homogeneous and stable,and the uncertainty components in the whole process of preparation were also evaluated.The analysis of data shows that the concentration values of 9 components of mixture gas were accurate and reliable with the expand uncertainty of 2%(k=2).
