采样袋容量及取样规格对袋子法测定VOC结果的影响

Effects of sampling bag specifications and sample size on the detection results of volatile organic compounds content by using sampling bag method

以PVC地板布、玻璃钢制品(手糊和模压)及贴面胶合板为实验样品,考察采样袋规格及样品尺寸对袋子法测定VOC结果的影响。结果表明,在固定取样规格和充气量的情况下,改变采样袋规格对各材料VOC测定结果的影响均较小(苯系物和醛类相对偏差小于20%,TVOC相对偏差小于15%);在固定取样规格与充气量比例的条件下,改变取样规格时PVC地板布和手糊玻璃钢制品VOC测定结果基本保持不变(苯系物和醛类相对偏差小于15%,TVOC相对偏差小于5%),模压玻璃钢制品和贴面胶合板TVOC相对偏差较大(大于50%)。

PVC floor covering,hand lay-up&molded FRP products,and faced plywood were taken as the sample,and the influence of sampling bag specification and sample size on the VOC test results by using sampling bag method was investigated.The results showed that under the condition of fixed sample size and air volume in bag,the specifications of sample bag size had little influence on the VOC results of materials(the relative deviations of benzene series and aldehyde were less than 20%,and the relative deviations of TVOC were less than 15%).When the proportion of sample size and air volume in bag was fixed,sample size had little influence on the VOC results of PVC floor covering and hand lay-up FRP products(the relative deviations of benzene and aldehydes were 15%,the relative deviations of TVOC were less than 5%),but which had great influence on the VOC results of molded FRP products and faced plywood(the relative deviation of TVOC was more than 50%).
