新疆规模化屠宰场猪肺炎支原体感染的检测分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了解新疆猪支原体肺炎的流行及其与其他病原混合感染的情况,对新疆5个规模化屠宰场进行了调查,采用28分评分法对913份肺脏进行猪支原体肺炎病变评分,选取其中高于10分的病变肺脏进行猪肺炎支原体(Mhp)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)和胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)的检测。结果:913份肺脏中,猪肺炎支原体阳性730份,阳性率为80%(730/913);评分高于10分的肺脏77份,其中Mhp与PRRSV、PCV2或APP的混合感染率为57.1%。检测结果表明新疆地区猪肺炎支原体感染率较高,且存在多种病原的混合感染。 In order to evaluate the prevalence of Mycoplasma hyopneumonia in clinical infection and its mixed infection with other pathogens in pigs in the Xinjiang area,a total of 913 lung samples were collected from pigs in 5 slaughterhouses in the area to detect swine Mycoplasma pneumoniae using the 28 points scoring method.of the lungs with lesions above 10 points were selected,and PCR were used to detect the pathogens of Mhp,PRRSV,PCV2 and APP.The results showed that,among the 913 lung samples,730 were positive with Mycoplasma hyopneumonia,at a positive rate of 80%(730/913).The infection rate of Mhp mixed with PRRSV,PCV2 or APP was 57.1%in 77 lungs with lesion scores higher than 10.These results indicated that the infection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in pigs in the Xinjiang area was high,and multi-pathogens infection was also rather serious.
