微流控人体器官芯片在癌症研究中的应用进展

摘要 近年来微流体细胞培养技术快速发展,进而推动了器官芯片模型的建立。器官芯片模型可以更好的重现人体癌症模型,能更好的研究癌症机制,从而为癌症临床疗法提供新思路。全文介绍器官芯片技术的基本原理,器官芯片用于培养细胞、模拟血管生长、模拟肿瘤转移的功能,以及器官芯片技术发展所面临的挑战与困难,并总结器官芯片的优缺点。 One of the problems in the development of new anticancer therapies is the lack of preclinical models that can identify key molecular,cellular and biophysical features of human cancer progression. In this article,we review the recent developments in microfluidic cell culture technique,i.e. human organs-on-chips(also known as organ chips) that are used to model cancer cell behaviors in tissue and organ microenvironments in vitro. The advantages and disadvantages of organ chip models and the challenges to meet the needs of cancer researchers,drug developers and clinicians in personalized medicine are discussed.
