摘要
为了给汉语方言区开展科学合理的语言教育规划,本课题组通过问卷调查和抽样访谈了解汉语方言使用和文化传承情况,分析调查数据揭示的问题,总结调查发现,并从语言规划的三个维度(本地规划、地位规划、习得规划)探讨怎样有效地协调普通话、方言及外语之间的关系,提出坚持以普通话作为国家通用语的法律地位、方言是地方文化的重要组成部分、外语是了解异域文化和传递中国声音重要渠道的语言生态教育观。
To have a good language education planning in Chinese dialects area,this paper uses questionnaire survey and sam-pleinterview to understand the situation of local dialect and cultural inheritance in Chinese dialect areas.Research group ana-lyzes the problems revealed by the survey data,summarizes the survey findings,and discusses how to deal with the relation-shipbetween Mandarin,lect and foreign language from three dimensions of language planning(ontological plan,position plan,acquisition diaplanning),and puts forward the view of language ecological education:Mandarin is,legally speaking,the nation al common language,dialect is a significant part of local culture,and foreign language is an important channel to under-standforeign culture and transmit Chinese voice.
