精准扶贫精准脱贫是现阶段我国经济发展的第一民生工程,是确保我国到2020年实现农村贫困人口全面脱贫和建成小康社会的重要举措。中小企业在我国国民经济发展中占据着举足轻重的地位,是贫困地区与贫困人口脱贫致富的关键性力量。如何发挥中小企业益贫性功能是一个重要而紧迫的研究课题。中小企业精准扶贫要想取得良好成效,必须明确扶贫模式及其实施路径。本文首先,阐述中小企业精准扶贫的必要性及相对优势;其次,分析中小企业精准扶贫面临的困境;最后,探讨中小企业精准扶贫的模式构建及实施路径。

Targeted poverty alleviation serves as the paramount livelihood project of China’s economic development at present.It is also an important measure to ensure that poverty in rural areas can be eliminated and a well-off society be built in an all-round way by 2020.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play a crucial role in China’s national economic development and are the key force to get rid of poverty and become well-off.Furthermore,it is an urgent research topic on how to give full play to the pro-poor functions of SMEs.In order to achieve good results,it is suggested that SMEs define the poverty alleviation model and its implementation methods.In the first place,the necessity and comparative advantages of targeted poverty alleviation for SMEs are expounded.In the second place,the difficulties faced by SMEs are analyzed.Finally,the model construction and implementation methods of targeted poverty alleviation for SMEs are discussed.
