高职教育专业设置与区域产业耦合协调发展研究——以广东省为例

Research on the Coupling Coordination Development between Major Setup in Higher Vocational Education and Regional Industry——A Case Study of Guangdong Province

在阐释高职专业设置与区域产业耦合协调作用机理的基础上,采用耦合协调评价模型对广东省高职专业设置与区域产业的耦合协调状况进行实证分析。研究发现:广东省整体上高职专业设置与区域产业两大系统远未达到良性共振状态,属于濒临失调衰退等级、区域产业滞后型;广东省内部高职专业设置与区域产业耦合协调度大致呈现珠三角-粤西-粤东-粤北梯度递减的空间分异规律,各城市存在不同程度的区域产业发展滞后或专业设置滞后。因此,应实施区域差异互补发展战略、构建高职院校专业动态调整机制、打造地方特色品牌专业群、建立高职专业信息共享平台,以推动广东高职专业设置与区域产业耦合协调发展。

The current study not only explained the mechanism of the coupling coordination development between major setup in higher vocational education and regional industry,but also conducted an empirical analysis of such phenomenon using the coupling coordination development model and relevant data of Guangdong province.It was found that the overall coupling coordination development between major setup in higher vocational education system and regional industry system in Guangdong are far from achieving a benign resonance state,rather,it is at an unbalanced and declining level.The development of regional industry is lagging behind.Moreover,there exist significant regional differences in levels of coupling coordination between these two systems.From the Pearl River Delta to Western Guangdong to Eastern Guangdong to Northern Guangdong,the spatial distribution of coupling coordination shows a gradient pattern of decreasing.Different cities have varied levels of lags in their regional industry or major setup.Therefore,the current study also puts forward corresponding suggestions,such as encouraging complementation and coordination between different regions,establishing a dynamic adjusting mechanism of major setup in higher vocational education,building major clusters with regional characteristics,and constructing information sharing platforms of higher vocational majors.
