多维视角下高职院校扩招社会类学生分类培养研究 被引量:12

摘要 高职百万扩招背景下,社会类生源不同于传统类生源,重视他们的差异性,采用多样化的教育教学,有利于提高人才培养质量,实现质量型扩招。从多维角度来看,推进分类培养策略既是科学理性地把握好高职人才培养分化方向,将学生现实需求融入到职业发展之中,更好地促进社会稳定和就业质量,也是高职院校办“适合的教育”的体现,在学生、产业发展、职业教育等方面深层次地促进产教融合,倒逼推进高职教育全方位改革。 In the context of the million enrollment expansion in higher vocational education,the social students are different from the traditional students.We should pay attention to their differences and adopt diversified methods of teaching,which help to improve the quality of personnel training and achieve quality-oriented enrollment expansion.From a multi-dimensional perspective,promoting the strategy of classified training helps to determine the differentiation direction of higher vocational talents training scientifically and rationally,integrate the actual demands of students into their career development,and better promote social stability and employment quality.Furthermore,the classified training also demonstrates the"suitable education"in higher vocational colleges.It facilitates the in-depth integration of industry and education in the aspects of student development,industrial development and vocational education.In sum,it is believed that such classified training will promote the comprehensive reform in higher vocational education.
