海外职业教育学者中国高校短期讲学成效研究——基于一个广东省“海外名师项目”的实证分析

摘要 近年来,海外专家来华讲学的项目不断增加。为了解此类项目的实施质量和效果,以S大学V学院本科生对海外专家L.W.教授为期一周讲学的满意度为研究内容,采用问卷调查法、访谈法和描述统计法,对参加讲座的230名学生进行问卷调查。调查发现,80%左右的学生对此次讲座持积极态度,表示该讲座能从专业学习到人生规划等多个角度促进自身的发展,但也发现该项目存在时间安排不当、主讲人对学生学情分析不到位及学生学术意识淡薄等方面的问题。海外专家在中国高校短期讲学的成效与主讲人、学生、项目组织者等因素密切相关。 In recent years,more and more overseas experts have come to China to give lectures.In order to understand the effectiveness of their lecturing in Chinese universities,a case study was conducted to analyze the satisfaction rates of undergraduates in regard to the one-week lectures given by the overseas expert Professor L.W.at the V College of S University.The research adopted the methods of questionnaire,interview and descriptive statistical analysis.Two hundred and thirty students who participated in the lecture were randomly chosen to fill out the questionnaire.It was found that about 80%of the students showed positive attitudes towards the lectures and indicated that the lectures helped to promote their own development from the perspectives of professional learning and life planning.However,it was also found that there were problems of the project in terms of inappropriate time arrangement,insufficient analysis of students’learning situation by the lecturer and the lack of academic awareness of students.Overall,the effectiveness of overseas experts’short-term lecturing in Chinese universities are closely related to the factors of lecturers,students and project organizers.
