服务学习:认知、情感与行为统一的育人模式

摘要 近年来高校实践育人工作深入开展,在取得一定成效的同时,也出现了过度强调实践而导致认知、情感与行为脱节的现实困境。国外兴起的服务学习模式以“在学习中服务,在服务中学习”的理念实现认知和行为的合一,运用道德情感反思服务学习,践履服务学习培育责任情感,实现情感与行为的耦合,达成认知、情感与行为的有机统一,为我国高校实践育人提供新的探索模式。 In recent years,the practice of educating people in universities has been intensively carried out.While having achieved certain results,there has also been a dilemma of over-emphasis on practice,which leads to a disconnect between cognition,emotion and behavior.The emerging Service Learning model in foreign countries realizes the unity of knowledge and action with the concept of"serving in learning,learning in service",using moral emotions to reflect on Service Learning,practicing Service Learning to cultivate responsible emotions to achieve the coupling of emotion and behavior,achieving organic unity of cognition,emotion and behavior,and provide a new model for the practice of educating people in universities in China.
