液体发射药迫击炮试验研究及数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 早期液体发射药火炮追求较高的膛压,但发射过程中的大幅高频压力振荡一直难以避免。为了解决液体药在发射过程中的燃烧稳定性问题,研制了液体发射药迫击炮试验系统,通过发射试验证实,在低膛压发射中,液体发射药的喷射燃烧循环可以稳定建立,且没有大幅高频压力振荡产生;试验表明,利用再生式液体发射药火炮的原理,可以使迫击炮的膛压充满度提升,发射药做功能力增强,能量利用率提高;建立了低膛压再生式液体发射药迫击炮内弹道模型,为后续研究提供参考。 In the early days, with the liquid propellant mortar pursuing higher bore pressure, high amplitude and high frequency pressure oscillation was universal phenomena in the process of launching. A test system of liquid propellant mortar has been developed to solve the problem of combustion stability of liquid propellant in the process of launching. It is proved by the launching test that the jet combustion cycle of liquid propellant can be established stably when high amplitude and high frequency pressure oscillation no longer exists in low bore pressure launching. The test shows that the bore pressure filling degree of mortar can be upgraded by using the principle of regenerative liquid propellant gun, showing the increased work done and availability of gun propellant and that the internal ballistic model of the low bore pressure regenerative liquid propellant mortar is established to provide reference for the following research.
