新时代的到来,给大学生思想政治教育工作带来了不可忽视的现实挑战。针对西方文化的加剧渗透、直播时代的思想冲击和社会压力的负面影响等具体挑战,分析了现阶段高校在思想政治教育工作方面存在的不足与差距,提出了发挥党委主体责任、完善思政教育机制、建强教职人员队伍、提升思政课程质量、用好新型媒体工具等具体对策措施,旨在增强大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。

The arrival of a new era has brought considerable and practical challenges to the ideological and political education of college students.Aiming at specific challenges such as the intensification of western culture,the ideological impact of the live broadcast era,and the negative impact of social pressure,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and gaps of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at the current stage,and puts forward specific countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,such as playing the role of party committees;improving ideological and political education mechanism;strengthening the faculty;improving the quality of ideological and political courses,and using new media tools.
