残疾儿童康复权保障现状的调查报告——基于昆明市康复机构的实证调研

Investigation report on the current situation of the protection of rehabilitation right of disabled children——based on the empirical research of rehabilitation institutions in Kunming

残疾儿童作为社会中的特殊群体,社会各界一直努力通过为他们探寻更多倾斜性优惠政策,提供更多专业化治疗服务等方面来保障其康复权。通过调查昆明市康复机构内的残疾儿童康复现状,结合调查数据,对我国相关立法现状、社会福利保障、康复机构设置以及残疾儿童家庭支持等方面进行分析,思考目前我国残疾儿童康复权保障内容的特殊性和康复权保障方面存在的问题,并为残疾儿童康复权的保障提出初步建议。

Children with disabilities as a special group in society,the society has been trying to find more preferential policies for them,to provide more professional treatment services to protect the right of rehabilitation of disabled children.Through the investigation of present situation of rehabilitation for disabled children in rehabilitation institutions in Kunming,combined with the survey data,this article analyzed the current situation of the legislation of our country,social welfare,rehabilitation institutions,and family support for disabled children and so on,and thought about the content of the particularity of rehabilitation for disabled children rights protection in China and rehabilitation rights protection problems.The guarantee of rights for the disabled children rehabilitation preliminary suggestions were put forward.
